About VSR

It all started with a question:

What if running wasn’t about going fast? What if it was about something quieter — a feeling, a breath, a rhythm you could actually hear?

Very Slow Running Club was born out of that question — from the desire to reclaim running from pressure, performance, and comparison. We believe running slow is not falling behind. It’s choosing to move with intention. It’s how you build strength without burning out. It’s how you come back to yourself, one step at a time.

Some of us jog at sunrise, others walk after work. Some show up to run-club every week, others move alone through city streets or forest paths. There’s no right way. No right pace. Just the simple act of showing up — to your run, to your ritual, to your breath.

Here, you won’t find finish lines or leaderboards.

What you will find is a growing culture of slowness — one that values presence over performance, and joy over judgment.

This is your reminder: you don’t need to run fast to go far.

You just need to move at your own rhythm.

We’ll be here — no pressure, no podiums. Just presence.
