Refund policy

We get it. Sometimes things don’t work out. That’s okay.

1. Returns

• You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Email us at return@veryslowrunning.com with your order number to start the process.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Exceptions

• Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.

• Items bought on final sale or with certain discounts may be non-returnable (noted on product page).

4. Exchanges We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

5. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return.
